Check out Pageonce http://pageonce.com/ - its got great tools for adding all of your online accounts including bank, credit cards, utilities, phones, etc etc. Very comprehensive list and great way to look at all your balances and numbers in once place. Also has a great app for the Droid (though Im sure on the iphone too). Give it a try to see if it simplifies your life.
