 Panasonic HPX500 2/3 inch P2 DVCproHD Camcorder

The Panasonic AG-HPX500 is an affordable 2/3" CCD high definition camcorder designed for use with the P2 memory-based recording system. The camera truly shines in a wide variety of applications previously only possible on the highest-end Varicam. The unit is lightweight enough to take almost anywhere while still conforming to a shoulder-mounted form factor professionals require.

TAG-HPX500 can shoot a variety of standard definition and high definition resolutions, including 720p, 1080i and 1080p. All footage is recorded to the industry-standard DVCPRO, DVCPRO50, DVCPRO HD formats, which can be used in almost every professional editing suite. Features such as variable frame rates, 60p, chromatic aberration compensation (CAC), cine-like gamma, and many others provide limitless possibilities for dramatic, news and sports productions.

 Canon CANON 7D

The Canon EOS 7D boasts the latest high performance photo and video imaging capabilities for professionals and discerning image makers alike. An 18 megapixel APS-C format CMOS sensor coupled with Dual DIGIC 4 Image Processors enables fast, 8 frames per second shooting and expanded ISO 100-12800 sensitivity without compromising quality. True 1080p HD video can be recorded at either 24 or 30 frames per second for a smooth, cinematic effect. 720p and SD video are captured at either 50 or 60 frames per second, offering a superior method to capture motion. An integrated mono microphone records spontaneous audio with video, while a 3.5mm stereo input offers higher quality options for professional applications.

 Panasonic HVX200 P2 DVCproHD Camcorder

The Panasonic AG-HVX200 answers the demands of the professional HDTV photographer with a compact and feature packed acquisition tool. The camera is compatible with DVCPRO HD, DVCPRO50, DVCPRO25 and consumer DV recording standards. It uses 3 wide aspect CCDs for true 16:9 recordings. It has a wide angle Leica Dicomar 13x Zoom lens with advanced glass coatings. The most significant advance is that it uses the P2 memory cards for recording. This disk based recording medium makes the video immediately accessible to non-linear systems leaving behind a digitizing process that tape always required.

 Panasonic DVX100A Camcorder

The AG-DVX100A is the next to most recent version of the Panasonic 24-frame standard definition video camera. When initially introduced, the AG-DVX100 (pre-A model) was the first small video camcorder to offer film-like 24-frame per second recording. High-end shoulder mount cameras offer film-speed recording, but operating these cameras requires a large production crew and oodles of money. This model, the AG-DVX100A added more gamma correction and other cine' picture-look settings than the first model.
