Folies d'Espagna - Cinematic Dance Project

My document title

The goal of Folies d'Espagna was to create a cinematic dance short that not only showcased the dance itself, but also told a coherent narrative story.  The project was shot with the HPX500.  The project was shot intentionally as a desaturated smokey film.  The director was Philip Buiser.  Performed by Company XIV in Brooklyn NY.

The full project can be seen here http://companyxiv.com/repertories/video/2

You can also see "The Judgement of Paris" also by Company XIV here http://companyxiv.com/repertories/video/17

Seth Melnick was Director of Photography on the project.
